The short version: we collect what you choose to send us, we use it only to reply and to run the site, and we do not sell it to anyone.
Intoera ("we", "us") operates https://intoera.com. This page explains what information the site collects, why, and what we do with it.
What we collect
What you send us. If you use the contact form or email us, we receive your name, your email address, and whatever you write. We use it to reply and to carry on the conversation you started. Nothing else.
What the site collects on its own. Like most websites, our hosting keeps standard server logs: IP address, browser type, pages visited, time of visit. We use these to keep the site secure and working. The site also sets a small number of cookies, described in our Cookie Policy.
Fonts. The site's typefaces are delivered by Google Fonts. When a page loads, your browser requests the font files from Google's servers, which means Google receives your IP address as part of that request. Google's privacy policy governs that processing.
What we do with it
We use what we collect to reply to you, to operate and secure the site, and for nothing else. We do not sell personal information. We do not share it with anyone except the service providers who run the site for us: our hosting provider, our form software, and our email provider, each of which processes it only on our instructions.
How long we keep it
Messages sent through the contact form are kept for 12 months and then deleted, unless the conversation has become an ongoing engagement.
Your rights
You may ask us at any time what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to info@intoera.com and we will respond. We comply with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version appears here with a new date. We will not quietly change what we do with your information.
